Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms
1.1 First-Time Clients: A non-refundable deposit is required prior to the commencement of any commissioned work. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery, shipment, or pickup of the artwork.
1.2 Returning Clients: Full payment is required prior to delivery, shipment, or pickup of the artwork.
1.3 No artwork shall be delivered, shipped, or released until payment has been received in full.

2. Refunds and Cancellations
2.1 Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of completion of the artwork at the time of cancellation:

Work not started: Eligible for a full refund (excluding any non-refundable deposit, if applicable)
Early-stage work: Eligible for a partial refund, as determined at the sole discretion of the Artist
Work greater than fifty percent (50%) completed: No refund will be issued

2.2 All deposits made by first-time clients are non-refundable.
2.3 In the event of a partial refund, the Artist shall retain an amount proportional to the percentage of work completed.

3. Revisions
3.1 The Client will receive progress updates during the creation process.
3.2 A limited number of revisions may be included and will be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
3.3 Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees at the Artist’s discretion.

4. Returns
4.1 Due to the custom and original nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are final.
4.2 The Artist does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping is available within the United States. International shipping may be offered upon request.
5.2 All shipping and handling costs shall be paid by the Client prior to shipment.
5.3 Shipping costs will be calculated using a standard carrier rate calculator (e.g., UPS Retail Postage Price Calculator).
5.4 The completion date provided by the Client refers to the date the artwork is finished, not delivered. The Client is responsible for accounting for shipping time.
5.5 The Artist shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or any circumstances beyond the Artist’s control.
5.6 In the event of loss or damage during shipping, the Client agrees to notify the Artist promptly so that a resolution may be pursued.
5.7 For international shipments, the Client is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Timeline and Deadlines
6.1 The Artist agrees to complete the commissioned artwork by the deadline specified by the Client, provided such deadline is accepted by the Artist at the time of booking.
6.2 The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission that cannot reasonably be completed within the requested timeframe.
6.3 Once a deadline has been agreed upon, the Client may not request an earlier completion date. Requests for deadline extensions may be granted at the Artist’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
7.1 All commissioned artwork is not considered “work made for hire” as defined under applicable copyright law.
7.2 The Artist retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the artwork, including all copyrights.
7.3 The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
7.4 The Client may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display the artwork without prior written consent from the Artist.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment and/or commissioning artwork, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
